First 2.5 reps of my 190kg(418lbs)×5 squat, been having some knee issues over the last month or so, squatting high volume has been almost impossible (suspected tendonitis) so instead of volume today I really focused on rep quality with a massive focus on set up, core activation and glute drive. Before this I did 160×5, 170×5, 180×5 and 185×5. No knee pain as of yet! Thanks @bioxperformancenutrition for fueling my training!
