Head shaved, this is always my pre ritual before competition/testing! Not sure why, I’ve just always done it ready for testing my maxes on the full Eleiko comp set up at Fitness plus this Saturday. Gonna run it like a mock meet with the comp gear as mentioned, weigh in, 9 attempts and competion calls.
