First primary session back after testing this weekend (did a bit of bench assistance on Monday) 180kg(397lbs) squat for 8 reps(last 4 reps), went on to do 2 back off sets at 170kg for 8 reps then benched 120kg (265lbs) ×8 with 4 back off sets at 115kg × 8. Overall I’m really happy with how day one felt, slowly but surely I’m going to build this up to 200kg for 8 and the bench to 135-140kg × 8 over the next little while, training right through this Christmas and New years! Got big goals next year!!!
