First 2.5 reps of my 207.5kg (457lb) × 3 squat on Saturday. Felt pretty shit, I think I need a deload week or two. Rushed back into training too fast after my skills assessment/mock meet. Going to train light for the next little while to work on bar speed again then it’ll it it hard!
