205kg(451lbs)×2 squats first session back with heavyish weights. Felt pretty good considering will bump this weight weight up each week, and hit this weight for 3 reps on Saturday! Loving squats recently. Also hit 135kg (297lbs) paused doubles in bench, and 245kg(540lbs) doubles in deadlift in this session.
