The GetStrength Inhouse is now open to the public! Traditionally this comp is used by members as a test day and/or qualify for the GS Auckland team. This year we are opening it to the public to give lifters an opportunity to compete or test alongside us in IPF conditions. This is not a sanctioned competition however we will have competition spec plates, rack, bar and IPF referees. Spaces are strictly limited; there are currently 27 spots left so get in quick!
