All steel products are handmade in New Zealand by one Engineer, there is no machine stamping the gear out. That one engineer has incredible passion for gym equipment and has done so for the last 15 years. Every single component is made by hand. You can be reassured your equipment will be made with huge passion and pride. You will receive only the very best strength equipment in New Zealand! Your equipment will last you for ever!

We do not import from China and just label the box and send it to you. We have to make it first.  We stand by our gear you can trust us on that! 15+ Years and counting 

With this in mind, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, if you have not received your equipment within 3 weeks please contact us straight away and quote your order number.

Return Policy

All returns and exchanges are welcomed by Getstrength.com . Just return the item with notation of all your information and instruction regarding your exchange or refund. Full credit will be issued for merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days.

Knee Sleeves, Belts or similar product Exchange If for someone reason you have a incorrect size, you may exchange it within 10 days of receiving your order, it must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition. All shipping costs will be at the buyers expense. If the wrong size has been sent to you, Getstrength.com will arrange pick-up and delivery of the correct size and Getstrength.com will pay for all shipping charges.
